Disclosure for Presenter/Brochure: “Valletta” (“Project”) was being developed by K Raheja Corp Private Limited (a ‘K. Raheja Corp group’ co.) and registered with MahaRERA under No. P51800046901, the details whereof are available on the website https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in under registered projects. Pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) filed by K Raheja Corp Private Limited (“KRCPL”)and K Raheja Corp Real Estate Private Limited (“KRCREPL”) (both being part of K. Raheja Corp group of companies), the residential business of KRCPL (which includes the project “Valletta”) with effect from 1st February 2024 stood transferred on a going concern and continuity basis, without any disruption, unto KRCREPL and accordingly KRCREPL shall continue to develop project “Valletta”. Application for change (substitution) of Promoter from KRCPL to KRCREPL under Section 15 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA Act”) has been filed with MahaRERA in respect of the Project “Valletta” and the same is pending.The images depicted are either actual or indicative images for illustration only. The common amenities and facilities showcased are indicative images of the common amenities and facilities proposed to be provided for the Project ‘Valletta’ at the time of its completion. The dimensions mentioned on the floor plans are as per the plans presently approved by the MCGM (the Promoter reserves the right to vary the same in accordance with applicable laws, subject to final approval of the municipal authorities). The flats/premises would be handed over in bare-shell condition and the furniture and features depicted on the typical floor plans (save and except fittings and features as may be agreed to be provided) are not part of the standard offering and are purely illustrative. It is clarified that only the agreement executed with the flat/premises purchasers will govern the finalised amenities and facilities for the respective flat/premises. The landmarks indicated may be subject to change and to which, the Promoter has no control.
