K Raheja Corp Homes, the residential arm of the K Raheja Corp, has announced the launch of Raheja Vistas, a luxury, low-density residential development in Baner Annex, West Pune. The project marks the group’s deliberate move into Baner Annex, a micro-market the Company believes is approaching the same growth inflection point that Baner hit a decade ago. Spread across 7.5 acres and RERA-registered, Raheja Vistas will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences with private decks. Completion is targeted for 2031.
Approximately 75% of the 7.5-acre site will remain open space, a meaningful differentiator as urban density rises across Pune’s western suburbs. The project is part of a larger integrated township and is designed by a consortium of consultants from India and New Zealand.
